Hifz Tips
Building a Hifz Plan That Actually Works for Your Family
The three ingredients
Every successful Hifz journey has three ingredients: **new memorization** (Sabaq), **recent revision** (Sabqi), and **long-term revision** (Manzil). Skip any one of them and the memorization fades.
Start smaller than you think
Half a page a day for a young child is not slow — it is sustainable. A child who memorizes half a page for a year has 180 pages by year's end.
Protect the revision
New memorization is exciting. Revision is boring. Guess which one determines whether your child becomes a Hafiz. Guard the revision time like it is sacred, because it is.
Build a family rhythm
The most successful Hifz students have families who structure the day around it. A short session after Fajr. A revision block after Asr. Consistency wins.
